At Coating USA Inc., we are dedicated to providing fast, reliable, and safe delivery of all roofing and coating products. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with Coating USA Inc., you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Order Processing

All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after normal business hours or during peak demand may require additional processing time.
If there is a delay due to inventory, transportation, or weather conditions, our team will notify you promptly with updated shipping details.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using the most efficient and cost-effective carriers available, including freight, LTL (less-than-truckload), and parcel delivery services, depending on order size and destination.

For large commercial orders or bulk deliveries, shipments are typically arranged via freight carriers. Residential deliveries and small orders may be fulfilled by ground carriers.

Customers may also request local pickup from designated Coating USA Inc. distribution points where available. Pickup instructions will be provided after order confirmation.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, quantity, and destination.Customers will receive a detailed shipping cost estimate at checkout or in their sales quote.
Certain heavy or oversized products (such as drums, totes, or pallets) may incur additional freight fees, liftgate charges, or handling surcharges.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are typically:

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

  • Freight Deliveries: 5–10 business days depending on location and carrier schedules.

Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Coating USA Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Freight Delivery Requirements

For freight shipments, customers must ensure that the delivery site is accessible to large trucks and has appropriate unloading equipment (such as a forklift or dock).
If special delivery arrangements are needed (residential delivery, liftgate, or limited access), these must be specified before shipping.
Failure to disclose special delivery conditions may result in additional charges billed to the customer.

6. Inspection and Damage Claims

All customers must inspect deliveries immediately upon arrival.
Any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be noted on the carrier’s bill of lading and reported to Coating USA Inc. within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report damage or shortages within this timeframe may void eligibility for claims, refunds, or replacements.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Coating USA Inc. ships within the United States only. Certain materials may be restricted for air or international transport due to hazardous materials regulations (HAZMAT).
We comply with all applicable federal and state shipping standards, including DOT, EPA, and California Proposition 65 labeling and handling requirements.

8. Title and Risk of Loss

All products become the property of the customer once they are accepted by the carrier. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer at the time of shipment (FOB Shipping Point).
Coating USA Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage after products have left our facility, except as otherwise required by law.

9. Delivery Exceptions

We reserve the right to cancel or delay shipments due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Credit or payment issues

  • Extreme weather or natural disasters

  • Regulatory or transportation restrictions

If a delay occurs, our team will contact you promptly to reschedule or provide alternative shipping options.
